The Government may exceed the stated maximum task order limitation upon mutual agreement of all parties. The solicitation will be a negotiated acquisition; there will be no public bid opening. All contracts will be awarded based upon an evaluation of the overall Best Value to the Government.

The UFGS shall be edited and adapted by the designer for this project, incorporating UFGS instructions and recommendations in the notes to specifier contained in the guide specifications.
The designer shall delete inapplicable portions of the guide specification and revise and/or supplement, as required, the applicable portions to provide a complete project specification.
