About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) containing responses to questions regarding a federal contract opportunity for Name, Image, Likeness (NIL) Marketing Services for the University of Montana. The total contract budget is approximately $7,500 over 5 months. This is a new requirement, not an incumbent contract. The budget includes contractor support and logo-wear, but excludes hats provided by the Montana Army National Guard. The solicitation is a small business set-aside under NAICS code 541810 "Advertising Agencies". Quotes are due by 1000 MDT on 14 August, 2024, and the contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract based on best value to the government, considering past performance, technical capabilities, and marketing plan.

Name, Image, Likeness (NIL) Marketing Services- University of Montana Solicitaion Number: W9124V-24-R-0007 Government RFI Responses Number Question Response

I would like to confirm whether the $7,500 budget mentioned in the solicitation is the total contract budget for the entire project duration of five months, or if it is allocated solely for marketing expenses. Total contract budget approximation is $7,500.00.

We would like to know if this is a brand new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services.

If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number? This is a new requirement.

Does the identified $7,500 budget include contractor support and the logo-wear? Yes, IAW PWS 5.1.3, except for hats provided by MTARNG.
