Question/Answers Solicitation W9124P-16-T-9564
1. Are all the bottle stands the same and it’s true that all that needs to be supplied is water in the bottles, no cups, stands. Is it possible to give a model and make number on the stands.
Answer: These are all free standing coolers with 5 gallon bottles of water attached to the top of the unit as per attached picture. All units belong to the contractor, they pick up empty bottles on their weekly route or as requested and replace with new 5 gallon bottle of water. They leave coolers in place only delivering 5 gallon bottles of water at various locations, exchanging for the empty bottles, usually one for one...depending on the customer usage. There is no charge for the unit just bottled water only...They also furnish all paper cups as required. Presently no charge for the cups.
Contractor will have to furnish all equipment associated with the coolers, There is no Government furnished equipment. All we furnish is the locations.
