Performance Requirements Summary DLPT5 Item Development of Lower Range and Upper Range items

Method of Surveillance

PWS Para. C.5.1.1. For the base period, the contractor shall develop and submit target-language passages, DLPT5 test items, English renderings, and ILR ratings for DLPT5s in the following six (6) languages: (1) Bulgarian, (2), Dutch,

(3) Egyptian, (4) Levantine, (5) Spanish, and (6) Urdu.

PWS Para. C.5.1.3. For the option period, the Contractor shall develop and submit target-language passages, DLPT5 test items, English renderings, and ILR ratings for DLPT5s in the following seven

(7) languages:

(1) Cebuano, (2) Chavacano, (3) Hebrew,

(4) Korean, (5)Modern Standard Arabic, (6) Tagalog, and (7) Tausug.

-Initial delivery and shall be accomplished two (2) months following award of contract unless otherwise specified by the contract’s binding delivery schedule.

-Subsequent deliveries will be accomplished in the quantities and on the dates of the contract’s binding delivery schedule.

PWS Para. C.5.1.4. The Contractor shall follow item development specifications and language-specific information about accent, dialect, and typeface/font provided by DLIFLC. The Contractor shall also follow the specifications listed in the ILR descriptors and Child’s text mode for ILR rating of the target-language passages and items.

Note: Government surveillance of contractor performance is not limited to the Performance Objectives as outlined in this PRS. The Government reserves the right to conduct compliance surveillance of any contractual requirement of this acquisition.
