About this file

This document is an Industry Questions document for Solicitation W9124L25QA006 concerning Concrete Barriers. The solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside for concrete barriers with several key specifications: barriers can be new or used, must include rebar reinforcement (though no specific requirements are specified), and will be delivered unpainted with no identification markings. Delivery will be to a fenced area behind Building H1515, requiring prior scheduling and base access credentials.

The government has specified minimal technical requirements for the barriers, including no mandated compressive strength or mix design requirements. Contractors are required to complete blocks 30a, 30b, 30c, and the unit price/amount section of the SF1449 form. Barriers will be inspected only for dimensions and appearance upon delivery, and no special certifications, plant qualifications, or additional insurance beyond standard liability are required. The procurement allows flexibility for vendors while maintaining basic performance expectations for the concrete barriers.
