QUESTION AND ANSWER SESSION #1
QUESTION 1. - Does the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation posted as solicitation number W9124L18R0007 on FBO contain requirements similar to an existing contract or will this be a new requirement? If possible, please provide the current contract number.
ANSWER 1. - Yes, the contract number is W9124L-13-P-0025.
QUESTION 2. - Can you please tell us what system is currently being used?
ANSWER 2. - DNA Fusion and Milestone.
QUESTION 3. - On the current contract, can we be given how many labor hours there are on it, so we have an idea of how to price this service agreement? Or how many hours were used in the last 12 months?
ANSWER 3. - The government cannot estimate how many hours of work would be needed on the contract. However, in the past 12 months it was reported that approximately 30 hours was needed to maintain the system. Because this data is provided by a contractor, caution should be used when basing pricing off of this data.
QUESTION 4. - Does the service agreement include travel time (e.g. from Oklahoma City to Ft Sill)? If so, is the travel to the site both ways or one way? And does the service agreement estimate the travel hours and can we get that number?
ANSWER 4. - The solicitation does not allocate for travel time, nor will it.
QUESTION 5. - There was some discussion about door counts and card readers, our understanding about this service agreement is that it is focused on the 40 cameras only in Knox Hall and I-See-Oh Building- is this an accurate statement? If not, is it possible to obtain the equipment / material list for this contract and when this equipment was installed, replaced or upgraded?
ANSWER 5. - BDLG 700 has 22 badge readers and BDLG 3040 has 39 badge readers. There are 40 cameras total
QUESTION 6. - If any materials (e.g. camera) will require replacement or upgrades, will the costs for this replacements / upgrades be billed / invoiced outside of this contract / service agreement.
ANSWER 6. – Material shall be replaced IAW warranties. If an item is out of warranty, the government will provide reimbursement at the cost of the materials. Labor shall not be included.
