01 5/5/2025 PWS Section 2.1.11
The SSN indicates that the listed curricula will be required as part of the overall Event Planning and Logistical Support Services contract. We would like to confirm whether this Sources Sought is intended solely to support that broader acquisition, or if the Government is considering procuring the curricula-related services separately from the full Event Planning and Logistical Support contract.
If the latter is under consideration, we would appreciate additional details about how the Government plans to structure and compete that effort—such as whether it would be issued as a standalone contract, a BPA, or a task order—and what the anticipated scope and acquisition strategy might be.
Procuring the curricula related services is part of the full Event Planning and Logistical Support contract.
