About this file

This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a non-personnel services contract to provide subject matter expertise and operational support for aviation concept development and experimentation processes for the Concepts, Experimentation and Analysis Directorate (CEAD) of the U.S. Army Futures Command (AFC).
