SECTION SF 30 BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE
The following items are applicable to this modification:
1. Attachment 2, MEPS Addresses and Distribution List has been updated with the correct address for Miami MEPS, 7789 NW 48th Street, Suite 150, Doral, FL 33166-5458.
2. Question: Can you provide the actual dimensions of both the CPU & Printer?
Answer: CPU: Height: 14.45in. x Width: 6.65in. x Depth: 11.84in.
UPS : Height 8.6 in. x Width6.7 in. x Depth 17.3 in.
Printer: H-14.5” x W-10.24”x D-16.61”
3. Question: What is the distance between the two shelfs Top to Bottom?
Answer: 21”
4. Question: Since bullnose edge of the surface is requested, that is not really used as industry standard and would be considered a custom. Would a square edged band be acceptable?
Answer: No. This is a government safety requirement.
5. Question: Are images or greater detail on the following items in the RFQ available?
a. CPU/UPS Shelf 21” x 24” 16-gauge steel
b. Printer Shelf 20” x 24” 16-gauge shelf
Answer: Picture has been added to Attachment 1, Salient Characteristics. The picture is for illustration of configuration only.
6. Question: Are there any additional drawings, renderings, or STEP files available for the tables, components, or assemblies? Access to these details would help ensure full compliance with the specifications.
Answer: Pictures of the table and top were provided in Attachment 1, Salient Characteristics, an additional picutre of the existing shelves has been added to Attachment 1.
7. Question: Are there specific timeframes or operational considerations for table installations at each location (e.g., business hours, applicant processing schedules, or weekend availability)?
Answer: Hours of Operation: The Contractor is responsible for conducting business, between the hours of 8:00 AM through 4:30 PM EST Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings.
8. Question: The solicitation mentions the HQ USMEPCOM, North Chicago, IL address as a delivery point in one section, but the additional documentation lists 63 MEPS locations for table distribution. Could you please confirm if deliveries are required to all 63 locations, including North Chicago?
Answer: Please refere to Attachment 2, MEPS Addresses and Distribution List, there are 67 locations for delivery, this includes HQ, US MEPCOM.
9. Question: Would staggered deliveries across regions be permissible, or do all 155 tables need to be delivered on a specific date?
W9124D25Q0045
Answer: Staggered deliveries across regions are permissible, delivery dates of 155 tables can be staggered as long as all are delivered by the delivery date specified on the contract when awarded.
10. Question: Are there any known delivery or access restrictions (e.g., loading dock availability, security clearance) at any MEPS locations that we should account for during planning?
Answer: Attachment 2, MEPS Addresses and Distribution List has been updated to identify which locations have loading docks. No security clearance required for entry. If escort needed for delivery location personnel will be made available.
11. Question: I want to get some clarification on the amount of tables that need to be disposed of at each MEPS location. Is the amount meant to be disposed of equal to the amount that gets delivered at each location?
Answer: Yes, the number of tables to be disposed of at each MEPS location is equal to the amount that gets delivered at each location.
