About this file
This request for quotation solicits offers for an information search platform. The U.S. Army Human Resources Command requires a system to conduct in-depth public records searches, advanced person searches, and batch services reports. The platform must provide comprehensive reports, person alerts, virtual identity reports, mobile access, and financial and telephone data. Offerors must propose pricing to provide these capabilities for up to 130 users on in-depth searches and 25 users on advanced searches, with access to records on thousands of individuals. Quotes are due by 1:00 PM on November 21, 2023. The contract will have a one-year base period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 and four one-year options to extend. The award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror.
