QUESTIONS & RESPONSES

1. How much advance notice is given prior to service being required?

RESPONSE: No, advance notice.

The school will call the vendor to setup a date and time for pickup. The vendor will let the school know when they will be available to do so.

2. What is the frequency of the items being cleaned?

RESPONSE: Dry Cleaning ASU shirts and ASU pants normally occurs during the months of March, April, and May on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Alterations normally occurs during the months of August, September, and October on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Laundry normally occurs during the months of August and September on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

However, may also be done throughout the performance period.

3. How many items on average would be cleaned at a time?

RESPONSE: On average about 150 shirts and 150 pants per school is cleaned at a time.

On average about 50 ASU jackets per school are cleaned at a time.

On average about 50 ties/neckties are cleaned at a time.

On average about 50 berets are cleaned at a time.
