There are potentially three (3) overnight events. Since the contractor is expected to transport the group back to Columbia please provide the number of hours expected for each total overnight trip or p/u and drop off times.
There are three potential overnight trips for, two for 120th BN, note their dates have already pass and new dates are pending. One overnight trip for 1-34 Bn. Pick up times are 7:30 am pickup and 7:00 PM drop off time.
Does the Government have a tentative schedule of p/u and drop off times for the daily events? Will the contractor have to make more than one stop (e.g. restaurant for dinner) other than the historical site?
Pickup time is 7:30 am and drop off time is 7:00 pm. The contractor would make only on stop between trips outside of the historical site.
Will the Government please provide passenger count for the 120th BN? Are there two or one trip planned for the 120th BN?
There are two trips planned for the 120th BN, the new dates are pending, the passenger count is twenty five.
