Section F Proposal Preparation Item No. 3, the instruction states that the Technical Proposal and schedule are limited to 15 pages. Does the 15 pages include the Price Summary with CLIN, or could it be a separate section of the Proposal and excluded from the 15-page maximum count?
Answer: The price summary is a separate section of the proposal.
3. Are as-built site plans available for review? We are looking to review where existing utilities, cistern location and Fire Line pressures are located.
Answer: Two plan sheets will be provided. One plan sheet shows underground communications and the other plan sheet shows all other underground utilities. The existing underground storm water detention tank for Building 41408 is south west of the facility. No work is planned for this separate system due to its’ location to the facility.
4. Are there any changes to the Statement of Objectives (SOO).
Answer: Yes there will be a revised SOO.
