The solicitation outlines delivery schedules, tank capacities, safety and security requirements, and other terms and conditions. It includes a list of buildings and tank capacities that require automatic fill-up deliveries. The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local environmental requirements applicable to the geographic location. Offers are due by November 15, 2024.
