Does the target audience include civilians including high school and college students? The target audiences are 1.) college students in ROTC programs that could choose to become Cyber commissioned officers, 2.) civilians employed in corporate America with certain skillsets needed within the Cyber workforce who are potential candidates for the Cyber Specialty Direct Commissioning Program, 3.) Cyber enlisted servicemembers that are qualified to become Cyber Warrant Officers and 4.) non-Cyber enlisted servicemember for reclassification into a Cyber MOS. We do not recruit high school students, but we do visit high schools to educate students about Cyber and encourage them to enroll in STEM Programs/curriculum. |

No, contractors are expected to be available on contract start date. |
