3. Will a DC Disconnect be required for the battery strings? Yes

4. Will a Low Voltage Disconnect (LVD) be required in the power plant? Yes

5. Will there be a requirement for temperature monitoring of the batteries? Yes, TPS (Thermal Protection Sensors)

6. What are the quantity and size of the breakers feeding equipment out of the existing Power Board? Twenty (20) breakers Breaker sizes:

3A - 1 EA

20A - 1 EA

30A - 8 EA

45A - 2 EA

50A - 4 EA

175A - 2 EA

225A - 2 EA

7. Are there any breaker positions available in the existing AC panel feeding the existing power board? Yes. Thirteen (13) available "breakout" positions available on the supporting power panel.

8. Can we get pictures of the existing system to include the AC panel, Power board and batteries.

Pictures are available as an attachment.

9. Is there an existing floor plan available? Please see Q&A dated 18APR2019 for existing floorplan.

10. What is the backup time required for the batteries? Minimum of 4 hours

11. Current batteries are sized to provide 154 amps for 8 Hrs X 2 strings total 308 Amps. Is the requirement just to provide 95 amps of backup power? Requirement is to replace batteries like for like.

12. Will the existing batteries be disposed of onsite (DRMO) or will contractor be required to dispose of offsite? Existing batteries must be completely disposed of by contractor.

13. Will there be any testing requirements on the installed batteries? (ie. Load Testing). The testing requirements were added to the amended solicitation. Please refer to the amended solicitation.

14. Are we replacing like for like as the kVA was not specified? We do not have the expertise to answer this question.

15. Is there a BDFB separate from the power plant/rectifier cabinet? No

16. Is Voltage input 208 or 240? Double Poll Breakers

17. What is the size of the input breaker (before the power plant – the power plant feeder breaker)?

225A (2 EA)

18. What is the kVA rating for the unit? We do not have the expertise to answer this question.

19. How many phases are the input? 2 or 3? It's a double pole breaker so I would assume single phase with two 120v feeds equaling 240v.

20. Is the output of the rectifier single or multiple? Basically is there a single output that goes to the distribution panel, or are there multiple outputs? Output of rectifiers support the DC loads on the distribution panel installed in the power board.
