TextField1: CERFP CTE
TextField1: Jarod Epp
TextField1: I am hoping to find out if there is an incumbent contractor currently performing these services, if similar services have been performed in the past, or if this is a new requirement.

If this is a follow-on requirement, could you please provide the previous contract or task order number?

TextField1: This is an annual exercise for the CERFP. Typically, depending on funding, Nebraska does one or two of these annually. The last time Nebraska had the exercise the contract number was W91243-19-P-0011.

There is no incumbent. This is not a follow-on requirement.

TextField1: Can you please clarify for the following bullets in the PWS, is the NEARNG looking for the vendor to construct these props, provide a pre-existing site with these props or is this simply notification of the type of props the contractor will need to “dress/reset”?

TextField1: This prop is currently on site. Notification of the type of props the contractor will need to “dress/reset

TextField1: November 18 is the day needed for all contractor support to be on ground
TextField1: Have you got an approximate number of replacement FEMA rated concrete slabs, as well as a list of necessary shoring lumber, that the contractor will provide?

TextField1: Fixed and decontamination sites are co-located. They are 1/4 mile from Rubble Site.
TextField1: Per earlier QnA, we believe all SCVS reset materials are onsite, but do we need any equipment (eg - forklift) to position/emplace the items/props?

1. Per PWS Section 5.1 - The Contractor shall provide all materials to support SCVS reset. Locate, acquire, and transport all construction and building materials to the site.
