1. Lessons Learned Comments
- Set and protect multiple benchmark elevations in protected areas before any work is started. Maintain these until the project is completed.
- Insure all materials have been recieved, inspected, and stored onsite prior to digging footers. Some materials may require special storage, i.e. conditioned, weather proof, or flat storage.
- Coordinate waste site for spoiled soil prior to construction. Construction dumpster also needed.
- Discuss layout and traffic flow with customer well in advance.
- Order pre-fabricated material when possible.
- Coordinate in-person meeting with supplying to sort out details of items requested.
- Order trusses early as they have long lead times.

Non-Separated Use (508.3) Separated Use (508.4) -See below for area calculations for each story, the area of the occupancy shall be such that the sum of the ratios of the actual floor area of each use divided by the allowable floor area for each use shall not exceed 1.
Frontage area increases from Section 506.2 are computed thus:1
a. Perimeter which fronts a public way or open space having 20 feet minimum width = ___________ (F)
b. Total Building Perimeter = ________ (P)
c. Ratio (F/P) = ___________(F/P)
d. W = Minimum width of public way = ________ (W)
Unlimited area applicable under conditions of Section 5.07 Maximum Building Area = total number of stories in the building xD (maximum 3 stories)
(506.2).
The maximum area of open parking garages must comply with Table 406.5.4 . The maximum area of air traffic control towers must comply with Table 412.3.1 Frontage increase is based on the unsprinklered area value in Table 506.2.

Anchor panels and other components of the work securely in place, with provisions for thermal and structural movement. Install panels plumb, level, and straight with the ribs parallel, conforming to the design as indicated. Install panel system so it is watertight, without waves, warps, buckles or distortions, and allow for thermal movement considerations. Apply sealant tape or caulking as necessary at flashing and panel joints to prevent water penetration. Installation Tolerances: Shim and align panel units within installed tolerance of 1/8 inch in 20'-0" on level/plumb/slope and location/line as indicated, and within 1/16-inch offset of adjoining faces and of alignment of matching profiles.
