About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for a federal contract opportunity involving recreation services at Success Lake Fee Booth and Rocky Hill Recreation areas managed by the Army Corps of Engineers.
The document addresses four key inquiries from potential contractors. Regarding supplies, the Army Corps of Engineers provides all materials needed for day use and camping hang tags, including paper, printers, and markers at the fee house. For the Rocky Hill Recreation site, the government plans to provide a fee booth and restroom facility for an employee required to work three days at five hours each day, though electricity installation is currently under way. The government does not mandate a specific job classification—Park Attendant Aide, Recreation Aide, or Recreation Specialist—but requires that selected employees be paid at minimum the wage determined for the applicable Wage Determination. This is a recompete of the current contract W9123821P0006, which was awarded on January 30, 2021, and expires on March 21, 2026, with a base year value of $26,844.00 and a total base and all options value of $138,274.00.
