Tanbark Flat Arborist Tree Survey Service Questions and Answers

Question 1. Can we get an actual address rather than a description of where it is to be carried out.

Answer 1. There is no physical address/mailing address for the site. Amendment 0002 will be provided shortly that provides a revised PWS and this information is located in . The general area is at the coordinates: (34.20522, -117.76176).

Question 2. "No site visit will be held for this action” is this still accurate?

Answer 2. Correct. There will not be any site visit for this project. The location to site has been provided in solicitation in Exhibit A and B, and tree locations are provided in Exhibit C. There is no access to the site and gates will remain locked.

Question 3. What is the quantity of trees to report and tag for this contract?

Answer 3. The tree count is 115 trees.

Question 4. Is there a question-and-answer period for this solicitation.

Answer 4. Yes, as detailed in the description section of this SAM posting, questions were due no later than Tuesday, August 13th at 11am.
