Success Lake Janitorial Services Questions and Answers

W9123824Q0007

1. I have gone over all the attachments and performance work statement sheets.I have a question about the Vault Restrooms there is 7x of them 156sqft size ones those don't have a time deadline for each day i see the 24x portable restrooms and the 6x permanent restrooms have a deadline of 10:00am and the fish cleaning station a deadline of 11am but i didn't see one for the VAULT restrooms is that due to the size of them those don't have to be finished by 10am or 11am ? And also a second question on the attachment is that its listed 1x sewage station to clean I take it to where the recreational vehicles dump their business and my team just clears it out pressure washed it free of any debris correct?

a. We did not have a time slot for the vault restrooms due to the fact that the cleaning service is just once on the requested days of service. As for the permanent restrooms and the portables, during the summer recreation season there is 2 cleaning services per day so therefore it is important to have the time slots for cleanings a little spread out to avoid having 2 services done back to back.

b. As for the sewage dump station, this is what is stated in the PWS “Service to the sewage dump station located in the Tule Recreation Area shall be to hose down the area within the yellow curbs, clean parking area, open drains, and flush with water, and pick up any litter, debris and rocks within the pullout.”

2. Will there be a site visit?

The site is open to public so there will be no site visit.

3. Who is the current incumbent and contract amount?

G&F Carpet Cleaning – the base + all options total is $365,295.00.
