Questions & Responses
1. Is it possible to get a picture of the data plate of the HVAC units that need to be replaced? To provide an accurate quote the data plates are needed to provide the exact size and style required for replacement.
Response: The existing units don't have nameplates stamped with model number information, but they do say "Marvair Co" on the nameplate which has parts for Bard HVAC units that come in between 2 and 5 ton sizes.
The compressor on the inside of one unit we opened up was stamped with a model number AV5535E, which when I looked it up, is a 35000 Bth/hr compressor (see link here: https://www.johnstonesupply.com/product-view?pID=B92-733), which is nearly 3 tons, but I think that size unit will be too large for this space. Using 6 - 2 ton units for the roughly 6000 SF of office space at SRO should be more than adequate for the cooling needs.
