About this file

This file is a directions and parking guide for the CBF Hampton Roads Office-Brock Environmental Center located at 3663 Marlin Bay Drive, Virginia Beach, VA 23455. The document provides detailed driving directions from two primary routes: from Northampton Boulevard to Shore Drive (1.1 miles on Shore Drive before turning right onto Marlin Bay Drive) and from I-264 and Great Neck Road (traveling north on Route 615 to US-60 W/Shore Drive, continuing approximately 1.8 miles to Marlin Bay Drive). Both routes direct visitors to parallel park along Marlin Bay Drive, with parking permitted daily until 11:00 p.m., followed by approximately a 5-minute walk through the woods via a designated footpath with white light poles to reach the center. The guide specifies that the Brock Environmental Center has three handicapped accessible parking spaces by the main entrance and one additional ADA space in the paver parking lot, accessible via Chesterfield Road. Drop-offs are available at the building ramp. A critical restriction notes that event guests are not permitted to park in the paver parking lot unless ADA spaces are completely full. The document includes an aerial photograph showing the location of the Brock Environmental Center, Marlin Bay Drive parking area, nature path, paver parking lot, Lesner Bridge, and Shore Drive to provide visual reference for navigation.
