About this file
This document is a set of questions and answers related to a federal contract opportunity for the purchase of 8 carnival/arcade type "Hammer Strike" machines for the Utah Army National Guard. The key details are:
The machines are to be used at recruiting activities and will be free to play, with no requirement for coin or bill acceptors. Curbside or loading dock delivery is acceptable, but installation is not required. The Buy American Act applies, so international suppliers are acceptable as long as they conform to the act. The RFP requires only generic factory graphics, as the RRB Command will apply their own graphics once the machines are received. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price award to the lowest price technically acceptable offer from a registered small business. Offers are due by 9:00 AM Mountain on September 2, 2024, and must include the vendor's CAGE code, UEIN, and contact information.
