1) How many employees and their families are projected for this program?
Approximately there are about 2,500 Utah National Guard (UTNG) men and women (T5, T32, AGRs, and ADOS), not including their families. Families are included in the EAP program, so a rough estimate of UTNG members and their families is approximately around 6,000 people.
2) Does this EAP program require a full-time Project Manager or on-call counselors?
The UTNG EAP program only requires on-call counselors 24/7 365 days a year. The UTNG EAP DOES NOT require a full-time Project Manager.
