VEHICLE EQUIPMENT RE-PAINTING

UPSPFO-FLNG

Q/A 8/19/2020

Version 001

Below please find the various questions and answers regarding the above Solicitation.

1. Is January 29, 2021 the completion date? Yes, however we have gotten a push back date of February 26, 2021 as the drop dead date. Meaning, the contract must be completed by February 26, 2021.

2. Will the Vendor have to pick up and delivery the vehicles? No, no civilian may drive a government vehicle.

3. Where will the vehicles be painted? The bulk of the vehicles for urgency and coordination MAY be moved to Camp Blanding in Starke, FL if this will help the winning Vendor for ease of setting up a paint shop. Once completed those vehicles will be moved by the government back to their location. The rest of the vehicles that are not in urgent need, the vendor will have to coordinate their painting at the government’s location. (Details will be coordinated upon award).

4. Will more than 1 Vendor be awarded? It is the USPFO’s hope that one vendor may be able to accomplish the task; however, if not, two vendors may be awarded based on region.

5. Do you have an EXCEL sheet of the vehicles instead of a PDF? Yes, see attached.

6. Do you have photographs of the vehicles? No, we do not due the sheer number of vehicles. If you need to see what the vehicle looks like or the specs, may I suggest a google search.

7. Can we email you our bid directly? Yes, you may email your bids to:
