REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION AND GOVERNMENT RESPONSES
1. What is the anticipated project start date?
Government Response: For clarification, the project physical and administrative completion dates and notice to proceed date are included in the solicitation document. The contractor is responsible for providing a schedule which aligns with these dates. Work on the project shall commence following the notice to proceed date. The Government does not assume work at the physical project site location would commence until Spring 2025.
2. Can a bid extension be granted for the due date?
Government Response: See forthcoming Amendment 0001. The bid due date will be extended to September 5, 2024.

I also see that the spec is referencing RR-F-191 /3D, which is a spec for aluminum pipe for the fence from 1981. Is this spec to be followed ? Or will this be steel pipe?
Government Response: For clarification, Specification Section 32 31 13 references RR-F-191/3E. See forthcoming Amendment 0001 for Specification Section 32 31 13 and Plan set revisions.
4. Please confirm that the welding for the spillway structure shall be in accordance with AWS D.1.5. The summary of work calls out D.1.1, which is standard structural welding.
