The scope of work includes mobilizing a dredge to the river, dredging the federal navigation channel within specified limits, placing dredged material in the Saginaw Bay Confined Disposal Facility, providing stone and digging ditches at the facility, mowing dikes at the facility and another disposal site, and demobilizing. Electronic bid submissions are required through the DOD SAFE system by the response deadline. A bid guarantee of at least 20% but no more than $3 million is required.
