Contracting Discussion

Introduction

Good morning, my name is Jane Roney, I’m the Contracting Officer and Erica Mullen is the Contract Specialist for this solicitation. I want to welcome everyone to the pre-quote site visit for the Sewage Pump Station Rehabilitation project. The tentative Point of Contacts on this project are as followed, Jane Roney as the Contracting Officer (KO).

Dave Conrad as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).

Erica Mullen as the Contact Specialist (CS).

To begin, I’ll let the Government attendees introduce themselves.

Reason for this Pre-Quote Conference

The reason for this pre-quote conference is that we hope to improve your understanding of the Government’s requirement for this project.

Everyone was given (or will be given) a couple of note cards. These cards are to be used by you with questions that you may have. I will collect these at the end of the Site Visit. The questions and concerns brought up today will be addressed by an Amendment which will be posted to https://sam.gov via Procurement Enterprise Environment (PIEE).

We will consider any constructive comments or recommendations that you make.

The Sign-In Sheet and my discussion here will be posted to the System for Award Management (https://sam.gov) website.

You are cautioned that any remarks made at this site visit conference shall not qualify the terms of the solicitation unless the solicitation is amended in writing.

The one thing we will not do at this conference is to make any comment or opinion regarding your particular quote or approach that you may take for this requirement – this is up to you.
