Background & Purpose
Per the language for the Trade Study Report from Attachment 1 of the draft TIA, the Government will provide recommended changes/revisions. The solicitation includes the statement below.

GFY 23-26, using a modification to the selected Offeror’s trade study funding instrument.” Will the Government's assessment of the trade study report to fund one Offeror be based on the initial or final trade study report submittal?

Performance
5.3 in the solicitation states that the period of performance is anticipated to be 13 months total. The draft TIA includes a period of performance from 09/30/2021 to 11/29/2022, which is 14 months.

I was trying to locate the Master Broad Agency Announcement
(BAA) W911W6-20-R-0009 in Sam.gov as we’re finalizing our proposal, but it does not come up in my search. I have only been able to pull up the current solicitation that we have been working from: W911W6-21-R-0007. Do you know how I can access
W911W6-20-R-0009?
