About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the US Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) seeking market research on electrochemiluminescence analyzers and consumables for identifying microorganisms, viruses, and microbial toxins. The Army is specifically interested in analyzer systems capable of incorporating government-furnished capture and detection antibodies, with a focus on multiplex assays for toxins like ricin, botulinum, and staphylococcal enterotoxin B.

Vendors responding to the RFI must provide detailed company information, technical capabilities, manufacturing readiness, production capacity, operator safety features, and compliance with MIL-STD-810 requirements by 5:00 PM EDT on January 16, 2026. Responses should be electronically submitted to Contracting Officer Jemel Hogan and Contract Specialist Sarah Eggerling, with a five-page maximum length. This RFI is for planning purposes only, carries no obligation for the government to acquire services, and will not provide reimbursement for response costs.
