About this file
This is a Vendor Question and Answer Response document for a federal contract opportunity (W911SG-26-Q-A025) issued by the 919th CSB/MICC Contracting Office on 04 March 2026. The solicitation concerns the rental and delivery of material handling equipment (MHE) forklifts, with performance scheduled from 3/18/26 through 6/29/26 (104 days per piece of equipment). The procurement involves six forklifts, though a quantity of 127 appears in reference materials pertaining to continuation of deliveries or performance, which was clarified to mean 104-day rental duration per unit rather than 127 days.
Key clarifications provided include: the government has no preference for particular forklift makes, models, or manufacturers; service obligations are limited exclusively to repair or replacement of units that fail to meet specifications; the provided specifications represent the complete requirements; and a corrupted Performance Work Statement (PWS) document was reuploaded in PDF format for vendor access. No pricing terms, award dates, set-asides, or evaluation criteria are specified in this Q&A document.

Vendor Question and Answer Response
W911SG-26-Q-A025 MHE Forklift
Prepared by:919th CSB/ MICC Contracting Office
Date: 04 March 2026
1. Vendor question:
During market research, did the end user identify particular make/model and brand/manufacturers that they would prefer?
Government Response: No particular make/model or brand/manufacturers preferred.
2. Vendor question:
It is not entirely clear in the solicitation, but this is simply delivery correct? The solicitation makes reference to services, but elsewhere it talks about delivering the 6 forklifts.
Government Response: Upon delivery, service for the forklifts shall be exclusively limited to the repair or, if necessary, replacement of any unit that fails to operate according to its specifications
3. Vendor question:
On the Continuation of Deliveries or Performance on the Solicitation (pg. 6), the Quantity is 127. However, the period from 3/18/26 through 6/29/26 is only 104 days.
Is the rental duration 127 days for each piece of equipment or is it 104 days?
Government Response: It is 104 days per piece of equipment, this has been corrected in the solicitation amendment. The Period of Performance remains 3/18/26 through 6/29/26.
4. Vendor question:
Are these the only specs? Can you provide a list of specifications?
Government Response: These are the only specs.
5. Vendor question:
