| The | Tile inside the bathroom is 1" which is special order but because COVAD 19 delivery might take longer than usual, would you consider the 4" instead/close match in color since it is a straight cut and will look like a design? | The 4" restroom tile will be acceptable. |
#2 The current manhole is old as well as the setup which could possibly disturb the set up since the pipe is already corroded and it could damage the manhole. Can a recommendation be made to tie the new pipe outside the manhole so that the existing penetration can be used? Tie in to sewer line before manhole is acceptable. Will need details on proposed tie-in and capping of the line prior to start of work.
#3 Are you going to require densities on the driveway (north end of building) if yes how many and percentage? 95% compaction. In a 100ft run, provide four (4) density readings. Or one (1) every 25ft.
#4 Are you going to require dowels on the concrete areas if so how far apart? Use the following as basis (for 10" thick concrete, 4000psi), adjust/propose for actual site conditions: 3/4" dia, 20" long dowels, with half in new/existing concrete (center), 15" on center

For purposes of this proposal, you may propose Safety/QC to be the same person, and PM a percentage at your discretion. NOTE: The base safety office representative at pre-construction meeting will decide if one person can be performing two positions such as safety and QC. |
