PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT
75th Ranger Regiment Distinguished Honored Members of the Regiment (DHMOR) Display (Bldg
2931)
1. GENERAL: This is a non-personnel services contract to design and install one touchscreen display for the 75th Ranger Regiment DHMOR. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
1.1 Description of Services/Introduction: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform installation of the 75th Ranger Regiment DHMOR as defined in this Performance Work
Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
1.2 Background: The 75th Ranger Regiment continually strives to sustain the professionalism for which it has come to be known, and one key component of that is to honor and respect fallen Rangers. The 75th
Ranger Regiment had a small kiosk installed in its Regimental Headquarters (Bldg 2931) in the past decade. However, the kiosk is small and outdated, and does not meet the intent of future expansion of the
Regimental Headquarters (Bldg 2931) in terms of professionalism, modernization, and ability to serve as an information display for greater amounts of people. Installing a larger and more modern touchscreen display with an updated data base will increase the professionalism of the unit and better honor fallen
Rangers.
1.3 Objectives: The Contractor will design and install one touchscreen display to include the software with cabinetry need to display:
New screen saver with 10 images that continuously cycle
New Intro Screen with touchscreen choices for the below:
o Regimental Video (existing, provided by client) o Existing data base of deceased individuals o New data base of Medal of Honor recipients (5 entries) o New data base of DMOR (100 entries) o New data base of HMOR (350 entries) o New data base of DSC (3 entries) o New data base of Regiment Commander (1 entry) o New data base of Regiment Sgt. Major (1 entry)
Existing data base entries will be transferred as is. New screen saver photos and data base entries (provided by user as needed) will be edited as needed to be similar to existing.

This shall include a timeline schedule for work to be completed in this project. The timeline shall include major benchmarks and milestones to provide knowledge of the project and objectives to be completed within the construction time scheduled.
Display will be a 42” touchscreen monitor with computer and data base. Display will be located approximately 24” above top of cabinetry.
1.4.2 Government Furnished Equipment: None
1.4.3 Location: Project will be located at Bldg 2931 in Atrium at the following address: 6420 Dawson Loop, Fort Benning, GA 31905. 1.4.4 Kiosk Cabinetry: Provide one kiosk with white oak veneer and stain finish. Cabinetry will be 32” high x 47” wide. The top will be Corian Tumbleweed. Measurements and type of wood can be adjusted to fit existing wall where display will be located and in case Corian Tumbleweed is not available, but adjustments must be as close to the specifications listed prior as possible. Locking computer storage will be provided below. An engraved header will be provided above the monitor with bronze metal infill to say “Wall of Valor.” This is acceptable because it is not a brand name.
Text will be Calibri and gold in color, and size will be large enough to cover width of display.
Engraved text with black in-fill will be located below the touchscreen to say “Touch the screen to start your search.” Text will be Calibri and small enough to only cover half the width of the display.
Both sets of text will be located 2” above and below the touchscreen.
