About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for cleaning and inspection of drainage systems at West Point Military Academy in New York. The solicitation seeks to engage a contractor to clean and inspect over 450 feet of twin culverts and closed drainage pipes on the property using CCTV if pole cameras cannot fully capture the pipe lengths. Wage determinations in accordance with Executive Order 14026 setting the minimum pay rate at $16.20 per hour for all hours performed on the contract in 2023 are included. The amendment provides answers to questions received after a site visit, clarifying culvert sizes and the need for CCTV on longer pipes.
