Only Phase I is only for Technical Proposal [ Volume I and Volume II] is required in Phase I proposal submittal and that b. Phase II RFP and SEED project will be released to only those contractors who are selected during the Phase I selection process.The Government released the requirement seed project on 13 June 2018 with the draft solicitation. The Seed project is to be included in Volume 1 and will be evaluated during the Phase I. Phase II will include the price of Seed Project.

Could you please help us locate this attachment?Revised language reads: The bidder shall ensure that their pricing is complete and accurate. The contractor does not need to provide pricing information on the CLIN schedule. Pricing shall include a breakdown of all direct and indirect costs to include overhead and profit supported by a narrative and detailed computations that explain and depict how the price were developed.

How could we respond to this requirement with out knowing the SEED project? c. In a Two Phase selection approach, SEED project is not released in Phase I and is only bidders qualified during Phase I are invited to submit on SEED project in Phase II. IFBSince the draft solicitation has been posted on FBO, there have been 3 issuances of the RFP, and one of the River Court Field documents. We would like to clarify that the most updated solicitation includes the River Court Field project as a task order solicitation due with the MAIDIQ proposal.Yes

Which number is correct?The initial documents were posted as a RFP and after consideration the Government determined that an IFB is more appropriate for this procurement and changed it.
