REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

W911SD-16-T-0118

Off Post Grass Cutting – West Point

Question: What was the amount of the last PO for this requirement?

Answer: The last contract was for a Base Year with 4 Option Years for a Total of Five Years for $2,305,245.16. This is informational only - The previous Performance Work Statement may have been different than what is requested now.

Question: Is it possible to conduct a site visit?

Answer: There is no formal site visit scheduled. Note that there is a detailed separate attachment to the solicitation with the maps of the areas in question. These maps and the Performance Work Statement reflect the requirement. The maps are to be used as reference only, you cannot actually put feet on the ground unescorted. Hwy. 293 is a public road that cuts through the main area and you get some idea of the terrain from there.
