In exclusive partnership between Q-FLOW and Q-Nomy, ACF Technologies, Inc. is the only provider of Q- FLOW services and products to the U.S. Government within the CONUS.
Additional information to support the justification:
The Military Health System (MHS) is one of America’s largest and most complex health care institutions, and the world’s preeminent military health care delivery operation. West Point Keller Army Community Hospital provides high quality, patient-centered care with a focus on health and wellness to improve readiness of the Force and enhance the lives of all beneficiaries. West Point Keller employs Q-FLOW Digital Kiosk Machines for use in the Physician Waiting Rooms, Pharmacy, and Laboratories.
Proprietary data and components do not allow competing this requirement. Exclusive partnership with Q-FLOW, and Q-Nomy, identifies ACF Technologies, Inc., as the only authorized provider of Q-FLOW services and products to the U.S. Government within the CONUS. As the authorized service provider, ACF Technologies provides; Software, Products Suites, Interface Components, Software Controlled Peripherals, Vendor Support, and Software Maintenance Upgrades.
Risks of deviating from Q-FLOW to replace with another system would incur an initial investment of $50,000.00 not to include maintain & software service support for multiple years, increasing the cost of ownership well over $100,000.00. Furthermore causing confusion, patient delays, and hinder Keller's medical support to service members.
7. Technical/Requirements Certification (Requiring Activity): I certify that the supporting data under my cognizance which is included in the abbreviated J&A is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief.
