Q&A W911S7‐21‐R‐0021
CCTV
1. Do you have a base map with locations of all assets, and distances (cameras, solar, etc.) that are listed in the Equipment Inventory List
Answer: no and we cannot provide that information for OPSEC reasons. MICC has in the past setup site surveys with contractors prior to bidding, which I take them around to all CCTV locations minus the classified locations which they will only get if they get the contract.
2. C2 ‐ Historical data/spend on Consumables Answer: No there is not any historical data on consumables only cameras and camera related equipment
3. C2 ‐ Historical data on the number of Service Orders
Answer: current SO count for this contract year Sep 20 to Sep 21 is 80
4. 3.7.1 ‐ Is there a requirement to maintain hot spares inventory for any/all of the equipment on the EIL? If so, what is the threshold?
Answer: there is no requirement that is up to the contractor. C.3.7.1 PWS The estimate shall detail the estimated timeframe to make the repair or installation, a detailed manufacturer’s description listing of necessary parts or equipment, except those materials considered consumables, and if required programming of software or firmware.
The contractor shall include the estimate for installation of equipment or parts. When replacement equipment must be ordered, the contractor shall include in the estimate the date of delivery/installation when it will exceed 8 business days.
