1. Queson: I was wondering if these wheels were provided by a specific manufacturer last me or if they were custom made?
Answer: These are a commercial of the shelf item. Please refer to the solicitaon for specifics.
2. Queson: Do you know of a solicitaon for the previous order of the wheels you have now?
Answer: There is no previous solicitaon for these wheels. These are replacements for the originals.
3. Queson: I need more informaon on the spacers required in the solicitaon measurements, color, etc. Unfortunately, measurements for the wheels and base are included but will need addional informaon to ensure the spacers fit properly.
Answer: Please see the images below for addional measurements. Two spacers are required for each caster wheel. Color preference is green; however, we are more concerned about the funconally rather than cosmecs.
4. Queson: “Our caster plates have holes for mounng. Will that work with the addion of the mounng pin?”
Answer: Holes within the base plate is fine, but we must have the locking pin to secure wheel properly.
