5. Reasons for Authority Cited: The current system at the Soldier Family Care Clinic is obsolete. In the interest of economy, instead of purchasing a new system, two current systems at satellite clinics (Flint Hills Medical Home and Custer Hill Health Clinic) will be relocated to the Soldier Family Care Clinic on Custer Hill. The old system will be removed and placed into storage until disposition is determined. The OEM (ScriptPro) for the system determined that if any other entity uninstalls, removes or relocates the system, the Warranty for those items will be void. The items are currently maintained under a U.S. Army Medical Command sourced Task Order (W81K00-18-F- 0287), but relocation of devices is not a service provided for in that Task Order.

6. Publicizing Contract Actions: For FAR Part 13 actions, the public display and synopsis requirements of FAR 5.101 and FAR 5.203 do not apply due to the $ threshold, apply and will be followed, or do not apply due to an exception at FAR 5.202(a)(13).
