Q6: Please supply the specification of the gases for the following line items:

RBO23; RBO26; RBO44; RBO75; RBO62; Premix Laser; RBO75; RBO80; RBO27; RBO27; RBO-98.

A6:RBO23: (Red Ball Oxygen), Helium75%, Argon 25%
RBO26: (Red Ball Oxygen), Argon 90%, Co2 10%
RBO44: (Red Ball Oxygen), 90% Argon, 8%Co2, 2% Oxygen
RBO75 (356 CF): (Red Ball Oxygen), 25% Co2, 75% Argon
RBO62: (Red Ball Oxygen), 90% Helium, 7.5% Argon, 2.5% Co2

Premix Laser Cylinder: (Red Ball Oxygen), 35% Nitrogen, 5% Co2, 60% Helium RBO75 (128 CF): (Red Ball Oxygen), 25% Co2, 75% Argon RBO80 (80 CF): (Red Ball Oxygen), Co2, Argon Shielding Mix RBO27: (Red Ball OPage 2 of 2xygen), 85% Argon, 15% Carbon Dioxide RBO-98: (Red Ball Oxygen), 2% Oxygen, 98% Argon

Q7: Helium Cylinder 244 CF -Please confirm grade/purity.

A7: Purchase Description, RFQ W911RQ-20-R-0001, page 79 of 104, paragraph 8: “All gases shall be certified at 99.9 percent pure (CDRL A001).”

Q8: Carbon Dioxide/Dry Ice,Pellets/Slabs/Blocks,Size, - Request Description.

A8: Solid block, 1 cylinder equal 500 pounds.

Q9: Liquid Carbon Dioxide Cylinder 440 CF, Liquid Carbon Dioxide 50 CF, and Liquid Nitrogen Cylinder 5,500 CF - Please confirm size in liters and pressure.

A9: All gas measurements are in cubic feet or pounds per cylinder.

Q10: Regarding the Compressed Gas Solicitation, to be able to price the items more accurately we need to somehow calculate the new cylinders vs. exchanged ones.

If you can give us an estimate of the new ones will be very helpful. Otherwise, if we have the number of the existing ones we will be able to make a more accurate and educated estimate.

A.10: The Government's intent upon award is to:

a. Bulk fund quarterly delivery orders based upon historical averages then receive weekly deliveries based upon need/request.

b. Contract deliver/depot receive weekly deliveries/exchanges based upon weekly requests (CDRL_A002) from the funded order (see "a." above) until exhaustion of quantities.

c. Based upon historical averages, the NUMBER OF BUILDINGS on depot that receive weekly delivery/exchanges ranges from 15 to 20 on average dependent upon production averages/usage.

d. Based upon historical averages the TOTAL WEEKLY QUANTITY of cylinders/types of gasses on depot (varies) delivered/exchanged weekly from the funded order (see a and b above) ranges between 50 and 60 on average dependent upon production averages/usage.

Q11: What is the ratio of the new cylinders to exchanged ones?

A11: Please reference the Purchase Description, RFQ W911RQ-20-R-0001, page 79 of 104, one to one exchange. The estimated quantity each year is listed in Solicitation per line item.
