Note 1: The quantities requested are in gallons, however, this solicitation allows for liquid, powder or other mixtures/configurations of product to be proposed. The offeror must propose their product in units of measure that will achieve the quantities requested in this sheet and are able to be drawn by testers as indicated in the description of the options. For example, an offeror may propose 20 individual kits containing two liquids that will yield 20 individual gallons of indicant technology when water is added, and one set of two 20 gallon drums of liquids to which water must be added to satisfy the 50 gallon requirement.

* Product will be pulled throughout testing to prepare/use in 1 gallon increments. Packaging should allow for the preparation/use of 1 gallon increments without compromising the entire quantity of delivered indicant.

** This quantity must be packaged and shipped in individual units that will each yield 1 gallon of indicant in order to perform shelf life testing.
