About this file
This document is a government solicitation for a Request for Quote (RFQ) for one (1) High-Temperature Tube Furnace. The Army Research Laboratory (ARL) requires a benchtop system capable of holding temperature continuously between 800-1500°C in a heating zone of at least 250mm, with a maximum temperature of 1600°C or above. The furnace must meet specific technical requirements for temperature control, tube size, heating and cooling rates, inert gas flow, and certification. This is a small business set-aside solicitation, with the opportunity converting to full and open competition if no acceptable small business offers are received. Offers are due within 5 business days, and delivery is required within 30-60 days of contract award. Award will be made to the offer most advantageous to the government, based on price, technical capabilities, and past performance.
