About this file
This document outlines the minimum specifications for an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) test flow equipment solicitation. The equipment must be able to generate digital stimuli for government-owned prototype microchips, log output data in real-time at 100 megahertz, and contain 32 individually clocked digital GPIO channels supporting voltages from 3.3V to 1.2V. Additional requirements include a standalone computer chassis, built-in per-pin measurement units for force and measure voltage and current, automated test vector programming and data export, simultaneous multi-instrument control, and automated repeatable testing via a software interface such as MATLAB or Python. The related federal contract opportunity is a Notice of Sources Sought for this ASIC test flow equipment being solicited by the Department of the Army Materiel Command Army Contracting Command located at Aberdeen Proving Ground.
