Salient Characteristics
Commercial Availability Certification:
I have evaluated the commercial marketplace and determined that all of the salient characteristics documented below are available in products/services offered in the commercial marketplace.

Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) or Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR)
Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001: The Contractor shall deliver one (1) image intensifier attachment and gate control unit for a high speed camera that meets the following minimum specifications:
· Shall be compatible with Photron and Phantom high speed cameras (to include required coupling or mounting hardware).
· Shall have a minimum exposure time of 50 nanoseconds (ns) or less.
· Shall have a maximum repetition rate of five (5) million frames per second or greater.
· Shall have a maximum signal gain of 10,000 or greater.
· Shall include a dual stage intensifier.
· Shall include a third (3rd) generation Gallium Arsenide Phosphorous (GaAsP) photocathode tube with enhanced sensitivity to red wavelengths, or equivalent performance based on the Quantum Efficiency (QE).
· Shall be able to trigger the gate control unit via an external Transistor-Transistor-Logic (TTL) signal.
· Shall include overexposure protection to prevent hardware damage.
· Shall have spectral sensitivity from ultraviolet (UV) to near-infrared (NIR) wavelengths from 300 nanometers (nm) or less to 800 nanometers (nm) or greater.
· Shall produce Phosphor decay time less than 500 ns.
· Shall provide a minimum one (1) year warranty.
CLIN 0002: The Contractor shall provide shipping to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-5066 within 20-24 Weeks After Date of Contract (ADC).
