Question 1: In regards to the window material, we have two types of window materials - tempered glass or polycarbonate. Most of our customers prefer tempered glass. Is tempered glass acceptable for your needs? If polycarbonate, would you prefer a regular polycarbonate window or lexan polycarbonate window? The lexan polycarbonate window has more corrosive and scratch resistance.

Answer 1: Tempered glass is preferred.

Question 2: PID solvent sensors. Which model ( VOC-TRAQ II or FLOW CELL) meets your requirements? Additionally, we would like to know the required measuring range in terms of ppm for the sensor.

Answer 2: VOC-TRAQ II preferred unless you plan to incorporate a means to actively flow gas from interior of glovebox through the flow cell. The sensor should be 0-2000ppm (purple).
