Solicitation

Can Watervliet receive the drum of Carrier & boxed accessories through WVA receiving and not with the equipment? Also I want to confirm that you do not need a drum pump for the oil. Typically companies prefer a specific type of pump for their operations.
The drum of Carrier and accessories can be sent to the standard WVA receiving department, WVA does not need a drum pump.

Per your contract I need to be on-site for the delivery and placement of the equipment. I am working with (2) riggers and there is a question as to whether WVA can hold the equipment on-site until I arrive to see its uncrating and placement. My question is can my riggers unload the crated equipment at WVA, then return with me when I am available to uncrate it and put in place. I would like to store it there for no longer than 2 weeks.
WVA prefers to have the delivery and installation occur at the same time. However, if needed WVA can accommodate a separate timeframe for delivery and installation, as long as the Government is given the dimensions for the container in advance.
