Amendment to solicitation W911N2-21-R-0009
Quarry Materials
Documentation that must be provided by the interested contractor:
1- Past Performance information 2- Capability statements
Contents that must be provided within the documentation:
1- Demonstrate the ability to do the job. Record of delivering the required materials in the required area. Are there local offices in the required area. If they are not local, do they already have companies they work with in this area that can deliver the products when needed. If they are not currently performing similar work in this area, do they have companies they have already contacted - do they already have agreements in place. For emergency requirements - are they positioned so that they can respond if we needed for a quick response.
2- POP: Under normal circumstances the customer requires the contractor to be capable of responding within 21 days or less. The customer would like to reserve the right to set the required POP on each individual delivery order, based on the requirement, to have the flexibility to extend the delivery period of performance, e.g., 60 days, 120 days or possibly even 180 days. For example; The customer use the liquid tar to seal cracks in parking lots - it is dependent on weather and other priorities and can drag out for the entire summer or until the plant closes. The customer would prefer to issue a deliver order for up to XX gallons with the delivery period from issuance of the DO to October 31 (or whenever the plant closes).
3- Does the contractor have the ability to respond to a delivery order quickly?
4- Priority/emergency requirements - Does contractor have the capability to make delivery within a 24 hour period?
