Answer Number #2: PN: 1440-01-050-9267
Question Number #3: Do you have any past pricing information you can share?"
Answer Number #3: We do not have current pricing data suitable for release and use at this time for this part number.
Question Number #4: I had a question about RFP # W911N2-16-R-0049 on page 4 in Section C, one of the requirements is a standard commercial warranty to be furnished with each separate unit. As a standard practice we do not warranty products that we did not design. We would normally provide a C of C stating parts were manufactured, Inspected and tested to the requirements of the TDP or Contract. We can issue a serial number for each separate unit and provide a C of C for each unit. We could not take responsibility for a bad design. I just needed clarification on what you were needing in a warranty. I appreciate your help.
Answer Number #4: No commercial warranty is required-nor do we need each unit serialized. Please refer to the Request for Proposal Section I Full Text FAR Clause 52.209-4 FIRST ARTICLE APPROVAL--GOVERNMENT TESTING (SEP 1989)
